LSMCommunity Guidelines
Chat, friends and private leagues exist so everyone can enjoy the game. These rules apply to all chat channels.
Be respectful
Respect your rivals and other players. Insults, harassment, threats, bullying and provocation are not allowed.
No hate speech
Demeaning anyone based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality is prohibited. Fan rivalry must never become a personal attack.
Protect personal information
Do not share personal details such as phone numbers, addresses, email, social media accounts, school or photos, and do not ask others for theirs.
No spam or scams
Advertising, link flooding, offers to sell LSM Gold or accounts and scam attempts are prohibited. Never give account details to anyone claiming to be staff.
Appropriate names
Nicknames and club names must not contain profanity, hate speech or impersonation of staff.
Report and block
You can report a message that breaks the rules and block the sender. Reports are confidential; messages reported by several players are hidden automatically and reviewed.
Enforcement
Violations can result in hidden messages, temporary or permanent chat bans and account suspension.
Young players
Chat is disabled for players under 13. If you are worried about a child’s safety, write to info@lsm.semadan.net.
Reporting and moderation
In chat you can report a message or block the sender; inappropriate nicknames and club names can be reported on the Support page or in the app via Settings → Support → “Report a problem”. Reports are confidential and reviewed within 24 hours.
