By downloading or using LSM you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. The service
LSM is an online football management game with real-time matches. Club, player and league names in the game are fictional or licensed and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by real clubs.
2. Account and age
Your account is tied to your device; by linking Apple or Google you can restore it on another device. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Children under 13 may only use the game in restricted mode (chat and purchases disabled) and under parental supervision. Purchases by players under 18 require parental consent.
3. Virtual currency and purchases
LSM Gold and other in-game items are a limited licence usable only in the game, with no real-money value; they cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play; refunds are subject to the rules of the respective store and applicable consumer law.
4. Conduct
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. Cheating, automation, exploiting bugs, trading accounts, accessing other accounts without permission and any action that harms the service are prohibited.
5. User content
You are responsible for your nickname, club name and chat messages. We may display this content to operate the game and review, hide or remove it for moderation.
6. Enforcement
Violations may lead to warnings, hidden messages, chat bans, removal of rewards, suspension or termination of the account.
7. Changes to the service
We may change features, balance and prices to improve the game and may temporarily interrupt it for maintenance. If we discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete my account). Details are in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Contact: info@lsm.semadan.net.
